On most days, we work side by side at construction sites and in our offices, each doing our part to get the job done. This time, we stepped away from our daily roles, brought our families along, and took off together for Kyushu, Japan!
There’s a special kind of pride in having our Chairman lead us on a trip to Kyushu, and a special kind of happiness in exploring the world together as one family.
As soon as we landed, everyone switched into vacation mode! From taking photos and shopping to enjoying local delicacies and chatting along the way, laughter filled every day. Colleagues who are usually busy at work became familiar travel companions, while their families got to see a more personal and heartwarming side of the people they work with.
We returned with beautiful memories of Kyushu, but what we brought home was so much more: laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments shared together.
Throughout the trip, we looked out for one another, shared delicious food, and exchanged jokes and stories. With every interaction, the bonds between us grew stronger.
We discovered that team spirit is built not only when we work side by side to overcome challenges, but also when we share beautiful views, laughter, and joyful moments together.
Although the trip lasted only a few days, the memories will stay with us long after we return to work. Beyond photos and souvenirs, we brought back a deeper sense of connection and belonging.

Our Kyushu adventure may have come to an end, but the next chapter of Chien Kuo’s journey is just beginning.
